The City has received an application from Hallblade Properties to subdivide the property into three lots. A rezoning of the property from Agricultural to R-1 is also proposed. Single-family homes are proposed to be constructed on the site.
The Preliminary Plat and rezoning are currently scheduled to be reviewed at the following meetings:
- Planning Commission: Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.
- City Council: To be determined
