PROJECT GOALS
- An analysis of the existing facilities including the ability to meet current operational needs, ADA requirements, and provide the necessary space to accommodate the future hiring plan.
- The pros and cons related to using the City’s existing facilities for future needs.
- Recommendations for future facility needs including trigger points for when additional space will be needed, recommendations for building sizes and uses needed for the operation of City Hall, Fire, and Public Services, and estimated future costs of construction.
- The Facilities Committee recommended that the “Old School House” located on Oak St. be included in the existing conditions and re-purposing assessment, based on the building’s availability.
