Final Plat:

Phase one of the Final Plat was approved by the Planning Commission and City Council February 2018.  A final plat is the next and final step for this development prior to construction.  It is anticipated that the project will be final platted in at least two phases.  A final plat application has been made for the first phase and can be reviewed in the document links below.  The first phase includes the construction of 77 lots.

Single-family homes are proposed to be constructed on all of the site, with a total of 151 homes when the project is fully constructed.  There are 62 lots proposed for single-family homes.  Villas are proposed on the remaining 89 lots.  The homes are proposed to be constructed by M/I Homes.

Phase two of the development will be required to go before the Planning Commission and City Council.  At this time, the City does not have any pending planning applications for the site.  The site is currently actively under construction.

Rezoning, Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Plat Application:

On June 5th, the City Council approved an application from Trinity Development for a rezoning, planned residential development, and preliminary plat for the property located south of Spring Creek Drive and east of the Spring Creek neighborhood.  The property consists of approximately 50 acres.
