Final Plat:

A final plat is the next and final step for this development prior to construction.  It is anticipated that the project will be final platted in at least two phases.  A final plat application has been made for the first phase and can be reviewed in the document links below.  The first phase includes the construction of 77 lots.

Single-family homes are proposed to be constructed on all of the site, with a total of 151 homes when the project is fully constructed.  There are 62 lots proposed for single-family homes.  Villas are proposed on the remaining 89 lots.  The homes are proposed to be constructed by M/I Homes.

The Final Plat application is anticipated to be considered by the City Council at its February 5, 2018, meeting.

Rezoning, Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Plat Application:

On June 5th, the City Council approved an application from Trinity Development for a rezoning, planned residential development, and preliminary plat for the property located south of Spring Creek Drive and east of the Spring Creek neighborhood.  The property consists of approximately 50 acres.
