Final Plat:

A final plat is the next and final step for this development prior to construction.  It is anticipated that the project will be final platted in at least two phases.  No applications have been made at this time.

Rezoning, Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Plat Application:

On June 5th, the City Council approved an application from Trinity Development for a rezoning, planned residential development, and preliminary plat for the property located south of Spring Creek Drive and east of the Spring Creek neighborhood.  The property consists of approximately 50 acres.

Single-family homes are proposed to be constructed on all of the site, with a total of 151 homes.  There are 47 lots proposed for single-family homes.  Villas are proposed on the remaining 104 lots.  The homes are proposed to be constructed by M/I Homes.
