The Meadows at Spring Creek (Trinity Development)

Final Plat:

A final plat is the next and final step for this development prior to construction.  It is anticipated that the project will be final platted in at least two phases.  A final plat application has been made for the first phase and can be reviewed in the document links below.

Single-family homes are proposed to be constructed on all of the site, with a total of 151 homes.  There are 62 lots proposed for single-family homes.  Villas are proposed on the remaining 89 lots.  The homes are proposed to be constructed by M/I Homes.

The Final Plat application is anticipated to be considered by the Planning Commission at its December 21, 2017 meeting and by the City Council at its January 16, 2018, meeting.

Rezoning, Planned Residential Development and Preliminary Plat Application:

On June 5th, the City Council approved an application from Trinity Development for a rezoning, planned residential development, and preliminary plat for the property located south of Spring Creek Drive and east of the Spring Creek neighborhood.  The property consists of approximately 50 acres.
