Utility bills are processed and mailed on the 1st of each month, and are then due on the 20th of each month.

Sewer - Average use based on January, February, and March Water Usage

Water (New Rates Effective 1/1/21)
Rate per 1,000 Gallons - 1,000 to 5,000 Gallons
Rate per 1,000 Gallons - 5,001 to 10,000 Gallons
Rate per 1,000 Gallons - 10,001 or More Gallons
Sewer Rates (New Rates Effective 1/1/21)
The sewer rate per 1,000 gallons of average use (based on January, February, and March water usage) is $7.46 per thousand gallons.

Water Testing Fees
There is a Federal Mandated Testing Fee of $9.72. The City charges $9.72 per year (generally in June) for every water connection to cover costs. This testing includes sending random samples to the state every week to be tested for bacteria, and once a year for lead and copper.
