The City Clerk prepares agendas for City Council meetings and maintains a record of all Council proceedings. The City Clerk is also responsible for publishing legal notices, administering the election process, responding to data requests, maintaining the City's records, managing licenses and permits within the City, and more.
The City Clerk's Office consists of the following personnel:
