The Preserve (Hammers Property)

The Final Plat for The Preserve development was recently reviewed and approved. The street and utility construction will begin late July 2022 and is expected to be completed in summer 2023. This development will bring 66 new single family homes to Carver.

The Preserve is located directly west of the Meridian Fields development on the south side of Highway 212. The builder for the project is Brandl Anderson, which is new to Carver.
