Current Engineering Projects

  • Sixth Street West Improvements: This project will rebuild the roadway between 6th Street West and Jonathan Carver Parkway to Broadway Street. Visit the project webpage here.
  • 2022 Street Maintenance Project: This street maintenance project will include mill and overlay, reclamation and seal coat protection in the Eagle Ridge neighborhood, along White Pine Way (west of Jonathan Carver Parkway) and on Broadway (between 6th Street and 4th Street). Visit the project webpage here
  • Trunk Area Charges: As development occurs within the City of Carver, planning for the extension of the city’s sanitary sewer and watermain utility system is important. Trunk area charges proactively provide a means to distribute a major trunk utility infrastructure expansion cost evenly to the properties that will directly benefit from the expansion, paid back over time as the area develops. Learn more about Trunk Area Charges here.
