    I can not dump material near storm drains or exceed eight feet wide with the obstruction. In addition, I understand I need to use safety cones or barricades around the obstruction, to remove all materials from the street with 24 hours (unless otherwise stated), and sweep the street clean after removing the obstruction. This application can take up to two (2) business days to process (sometimes longer). This application can take up to six (6) business days to process. I understand after I click on submit, the City will be contacting me during business hours to make payment. This application can only be processed after payment is made.  The fee is $25 and the permit is valid for one year from date of issue.
